OMG....On my way home yesterday...shaking in the bus...I was lucky to secure a seat....Until I saw this PREGNANT lady boarded the bus...so as usual...me with a golden heart (as mentioned all over my blog), signal to offer her my seat w/out 2nd thoughts...instead of thanking me and accepting my offer....the lady gave me a frantic look and wave her hand profusely, telling me "No...No..."...and turn her head away, looking out of the window despondently ...
It was then I realised she is NOT pregnant...its just her "oversize" TUMMY....*Gasps & Blush*
Aiyoooo......How I wished superman or spiderman will just fly in and take me away by the window.....or David Copperfield vanish me into the thin air at a snap of his fingers....This is soooo ultra-embarrassing...I think that poor lady will not hesitate for a second to shoot me dead if only she has a gun....She must be cursing & swearing inside her heart....(>.<)....
I feel so bad leh....I really hope I did not hurt her in anyway......But who knows....mayb a few mths later, when we meet again in the bus, I become her "saviour" who stimulate her to lose that extra inches....*smug* ....
Never knew my kind gesture would cause such immense embarrassement.... Next time....best to act blur and just look out of the window.......
