Mr Tok had a megawatt shock of his life... receiving his hp bill last night...

As quick as lightening...he called up Starhub...and I can only say that customer service officer (CSO) is suay... ULTIMATE SUAY to hv picked up his call....

Initially Mr Tok was talking.... but when the CSO was unable to convince him why he has to pay for the GPRS airtime playing...when Starhub message him *cough* free *cough* download of games....his blood started to boil in nanosecond...all anger came rushing down...he started screaming his lungs out to the poor CSO...

FUMING TOK:" Then why are you sending me sms telling me its FREE download of games??? You didn't tell me that I had to pay for the GPRS airtime...If I know I have to pay for the airtime...I will NOT download the games...

Whenever I see the word "FREE"...I'm always extremely skeptical...I never believed there will be "FREE" lunch in this planet....However there are still many pea-brains out there like *a-hem* Mr Tok, who are naively deluded into "scams" like that...The word "FREE" had snapped and blocked their common sense...

Those money-grubbing service providers are also at fault lah...taking advantage of the pea-brains out there...always magnifying the "FREE" and never provide explicit details on any other hidden cost involved... Then the next thing you know ... is a hefty sum of bill staring back at you...sending grief to your pocket...

Well, I thought if they treasured us as their customer...they should have at least tried some remedy to appease our anger... like throwing in some gift voucher... or it will spell perfect if they can waive off the $26.99...
