Just nanosecs after the surgery, I've already like regained 60% of my eyesight...I kept reading hubby the car plate numbers I saw, on our way home...I'm quite sure he wanted to punch me at the nose...

Okie... as for the surgery itself, its even faster then I go toilet during constipation can!

The layout of the operation room is almost similar to the room you go for your dental check-up...

Then the next thing I know is the lasering, with sound that resemble your neighbour drilling his wall?? Or more like the sound from your sewing machine? That goes Teck Teck Teck Teck Teck Teck...You decide and tell me the next time you go for your lasik...

Then I vaguely remember that handsome eye surgeon with exotic parentage telling me "okie we are done"...then I once again witness how he clean up the wound...like how you paint your wall...then how he flip back my cornea flap...

And I thought I almost wanted to spout foam and die when he tells me "Okie..now your left eye!"

So cheapskate and utterly fugly can!
My brother who did his lasik at TTS, was given those construction goggles that you simply wear them like how you would wear your specs...
So hassel free lor!

A box of sterile wipes to clean your external eye areas...
Antibiotics eye drops...
I took one and slept at like 9pm!? (Good oh gracious! When was the last time I slept at nine!)
Then I woke up and drift back to slumber at 12am...4am...6am...
This is what happened when you sleep a tad too early...
Spend a whooping $155 on these eye lubricants (10 boxes)...I need to apply them faithfully for the next three mths...
The clinic only provide one box free...
What a miser...

I will have to tape my protective shields for three nights ...
Obviously I no no how to tape...
I really loathe the protective shields they provide !

Not that I don't want to smile properly...but with tape near the mouth area, tapping the skin...

I finally hauled my ass off the bed at 8am...
Its really beyond words can describe...when you have been on specs for the past decades, and you can now see the smallest mole on your face in the mirror...
Without the need of spectacles ...
